How to make jams without industrial pectin? Which ingredients to use? How much sugar should be added depending on the maturity and quality of the fruit to ensure good preservation? What material to use? Which pots can be used for recycling? How to sterilize the jars?

Price: €40 for half a day, you will leave with 2 jars of jam.
